Yesterday I did 20 min of circuit training, 15 min of shoveling heavy snow and 15 min of heavy cleaning (vacuuming stairs). Today I'm hoping to walk 1 mile.

Thursday I got on the ellipitical and burned 500 calories in one hour and 10 min..
Then yesterday I told my self I was going to beat that.. and I did..
I burned 532 calories on the ellipitcal in one hour... I was proud of myself..this took alot of hard work and sweat to get this done!
I AM PROUD OF MYSELF...
