The hubs and I did the 45 minute Cardio Circuit portion of the Insanity Workout Program. Good stuff! Plus we walked to the grocery store, since the roads still have alot of snow/ice on them. Bonus points!

Hi all
I did the 30 day shred I put that under circuit training and I also did the biggest loser cardio max but I don't know what to put that under in the exercise. Can anyone help me.
