I stretched today for 10 minutes. It felt so good. It's hard to get more than 10 minutes of exercise done in the morning as I'm trying to get the kids out of the door and run off to work. JEC

I didnt as monday tires me out :(

If you put in 3 good sessions a week it will do the job, this site has the food ideas to suppliment this, need to lay off the pastry!
