at the gym twice today...snowfall and all...cardio first...then a session with my trainer...strength, core and stretching...then went back three hours later for a one hour yoga class..

weight training and 56 minutes cardio -- 10.78 miles on a bike, 1 mile on a treadmill, and .44 miles on the elliptical.

I know that .44 miles in 6 minutes on an elliptical isn't very far, but 6 minutes is the longest I've ever been able to go on one before. Yay me!
