Today is my day of rest. I do most of my cooking on Sundays. I try and plan my work week meals. It make my day go fast. Plus, I am on my feet most of the day. Exercise? I think so. Have a great week.

I sure did! I recently joined a gym a mile from my apartment and it's the best decision I ever made! I love being so close to the gym!

Since it was my 5th workout this week, I went a little easier. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and did the elliptical for 10!
