Not yet, but I am going to unpack some boxes for my mother tonight. I think that will be a good workout.

I exercise throughout my work time and after work. I take 3 short breaks during work for strength building exercises (forward lunges, squats, boxers, wall pushups, seated leg extensions, calf raises while holding onto a chair, seated leg dips, and hip flexors)
