Yes! Burned 474 calories at Curves for 30 minutes, 405 calories on my exercise bike for 80 minutes and I walked two miles. So.. 900+ calorie burning today!

Not yet. Incline trainer (which has been broken for 2 wks) is being repaired today!! Can't wait to get back on it. We also have an elliptical at home but my husband and I have been fighting for the incline trainer since we got it a couple of months ago. By far the coolest workout machine I've ever used...

60 minutes in one strength class, then 60 minutes in a second strength class! Both classes are different and together they used all muscle groups.

yes! and after two years of being off and on the program, I finally figured out it's a lifestyle change, not a diet and have learned to incorporate and appreciate exercise every day! Loving it! just finished an hour workout and feel great!

Yup! Got up and walked my dog and the loaner dog I've got until tomorrow, and then I came home and did 35 minues on the ski machine and all the upper body strength training I should have done yesterday! And now I'm sitting here wondering why I don't have a feeling of accomplishment?! Mental problems... LOL

Yes. I got up early and went to the gym before work. I did 30 minutes on the stationery bike, then did my lower body strength training.
