yoga this morning 10 minutes (back at it after a long vacation with my snooze button!), walked 20 minutes with my students around the block, gonna do wii active after school 20 minutes, and maybe take a bike ride with the hubby if it's still nice tonight when I get home!

Walked 60 minutes. Quit exercising when overwhelmed by the sudden and unexpected loss of my Father. He died in his sleep 13 days ago. I FORGOT to exercise, eat, take allergy medication, etc. (I did remember the grandkids). Started jogging a little yesterday, today is a rest day, but I walked instead of totally rest.
ran this morning, will work out more tonight during extreme makeover home edition (one of the few tv shows I watch a week and since I have no TV I have to go to the fitness center to workout and watch it)
