Yeup! 6.33 miles on my three wheel bike! I had the perfect day to ride and used 553 calories!!

In three hours I will be able to say, "Yes, I worked out for two hours this morning." I'm posting prior to my Saturday a.m. appointment at the gym, and there's not a chance I'm going to miss it. I love starting the weekend this way. It makes me feel strong and positive.
