I am scheduled to work out today, however I am pooped. I know this means there is even more reason to exercise, but I don't know if I am going to make it. By the way, is anyone familiar with CrossFIt? I do not know how to track my fitness minutes with this regimen as the Fitness Tracker does not really have any similar exercises. If anyone can be of help, could you please send me a message? Thanks!
Not really. I did some wall pushups (I do about 20 of them every time I use the ladies room at work, and then a couple of sets when I got home), and a few squats--that was it for today. Not really happy about that...
Yes. I am trying to get the majority of it done in the morning, because if I have a lot left it's harder to motivate myself to finish. 10-20 minutes is okay, but anything more than that, and it's a struggle.
