Yes, swam 2600 yards and am beat. Gotta work now and i'm already up to 1281 steps on my pedometer (which probably means closer to 1500, because I counted 100 steps and only got to 83...) first day on the pedometer today!
i did my morning routine (strength training and cardioand walke my 1 1/2 mile morning walk plus walked home from work), but i came home from work and was so hungry to night that i ate dinner and then i was so tierd that i went to bed and took a 2 hour nap. plus im on my slow down this week, cause i have my 10k on sunday, so it was okay to get the r&r.
