I have found this new workout to help me refocus....a friend ha helped me out of my 5 month rut and P90X this week has been awesome.

Yes I did - 25 minutes on the elliptical, 35 on stationary bike, and I weight trained emoticon

Yes - 90 minutes - an hour long walk with the dog in the a.m. and 30 minutes at the gym with a friend after work! I know I can't keep that up everyday, but it is a good start!
