Yes! I got my two free SP DVDs in the mail yesterday (won a $20 gift certificate on the wheel!), so I did some "Fit, Firm, and Fired Up" this morning. Day 1 workout. Then my usual stuff: kickboxing, jump rope, dancing... and the Wii.

Yes, I did exercise. I am going for a streak. OK, I just started Monday but I just started the program 2.5 weeks ago. I am doing 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. I ask for the discipline to keep it going - I feel better psychologically and physically at the end of 30 minutes.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Yes I walked for 58 minutes outside at 24 min/mile pace, biked for 45 minutes then did 14:22 on the treadmill walking before lifting weights.

YES! I walked as fast as I could for 10 minutes then I coughed so hard I puked and peed! Yes, it's true.

But I did it! emoticon I burned a whopping 88 calories, but hey, last month I couldn't even walk to the end of the driveway.

I weigh 200 pounds and I am going to make it!

Did anybody else have this experience when they first exercised? I thought I would die. Is this what exercising feels like? Is this normal? Phew... emoticon

I just needed to post to say, regardless of what happened, I did it ! : ) Yay me.

Yes I did. I had to be at work by 7am to help unload a truck for the grocery store I work at. So I spent about 7 hours lifting and carrying boxes, some heavy and some not. Then when I got home from work, I thoroughly cleaned my apartment. I have been busy today -- a nap sounds great! Then time to hit my treadmill for an hour.

Yes, jogged 6.2 miles, rode stationary bike for 8.1 miles, and did strength training for 30 minutes with a combination of free weights and gym machinesemoticon

For me that question should be did you NOT exercise today? I had my trainer today - rode bike for 5, then he trained me for an hour. Various weights/lunges, step ups, dips, push ups= you name it- we did it. Oh - sit ups too. After I ran for 8 more minutes. Feel good. Since starting this- lost 6 lbs. Hopefully when we redo measurements- I lost inches too
