I went to boot camp at the gym this morning. I am struggling with being the oldest and most overweight, but felt good when the young ones encouraged me to keep trying.

I have discovered that as an extrovert I am more likely to exercise if I find a group to do it with! I am exercising more through the week because I want to be ready for the boot camp class.

I walk to my hospital appointment and then home again, a total of 90 mins, so I feel pleased about that. I just need to keep on track with what I eat today so I will benefit from the effort.

Eat less, move more, job done.
