Yep. I did 20 on cross trainer and then 40 mins weights, squats and abs. Plus i cleaned my car.

Yes! At first I did not want to go to the gym, but I thought of Chris' "10 minutes a day", and decided to go to the gym. I did the elliptical for 30 minutes, about half of what I normally do, but I broke through the streak of talking myself out of going. That is more important to me than the 30 minutes of exercise.
