i was going to go work out, but i forgot my purse which has my inhaler in it and i unfortunately cannot work out without my inhaler. i don't want to end up in the hospital.

I got up at 5am and went to the gym for the first time in my life! I feel great, but was definitely a little sluggish at the gym - I'm sooo not a morning person! This is big for me!

Yep, sure did! I braced the elements and went out running in 30 centimetres of unpacked snow. It was a workout just to get out of the house, and I was so happy when I got back home after my run.

Yep - walked my little one to the park. Walking time approx 70mins round trip... didn't count the 50 mins at the park though, figured it was bonus having a great time with my baby!

Yes, I did bicyclling for 90 minutes and I walked the halls in my building for 30 minutes but I did not walk very fast. I don't think they have a slow enough measurement on the fitness tracker.

P.S. The reason I am walking so slow is because I use a walker and I'm proud that I have added 30 minutes of walking to my routine but I should tell you I have been doing it in 10 minute increments.
