Yes. I danced for 15 minutes earlier today. Instead of just sitting all the time as I watched the playoff game I got up and walked back and forth. I also went up and down our stairs 33 times and did some weights. I feel good about that!

Yes I ran for 30 minutes (3.2 miles) then I did the stair stepper for 15 minutes and the Elliptical for 10 minutes!

no, but yesterday I walked the mall for 2 hours with my daughter. I put it in my fitness as walking for an hour at the slowest pace that was an option. i think that is a fair estimate, since we were stopping here and there to shop.
