My exercise (yesterday) was 50 minutes on the treadmill to burn 500 calories, weight training and stretching for about an hour (full body) and then another 55 minutes on the treadmill to burn another 536 calories.
I had a HORRID day on saturday and ate EVERYTHING in sight. I decided punishment would be a mini bootcamp session and spent a lovely 3.5 hours in the gym on my sunday morning haha
