I have gotten so excited about the strength exercises. I do them eagerly because they ease the muscle cramps in my legs.

Yes - I did my ST today...arms.

Today I exercised for the first time in a long time... The begging was tough, not only because I'm out of shape, but it seemed that everything was going wrong. After the first minute of jogging down a street I arrive at a dead end, as I turn to leave I trip, sprain my ankle, and scratch my hands. I walk it out for five minutes, at which point I think: "is this fate telling me that it isn't worth it??"

Luckily today had a happy ending. I decided to try to walk/jog a bit longer and come up to a half-hidden entrance to a trail that I never new existed! The trail is longish, but at the end I arrived at a beautiful creek surrounded by trees and rocks. There was no one around and I ended up spending an hour and a half exploring it. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I'll be going back soon!

So I guess it wasn't all worthless after all :)
