It's been so long since I seriously worked out.

I found a short video for upper body strength training. I couldn't do all the moves with my 5 pound weights but kept doing biscep curls when it was otherwise too hard.

It's a good start!

No, but I am regarding this as my confessional. I will admit that I did not exercise every day until I do exercise. I had surgery (minor) earlier this spring and had to spend some weeks unable to exercise. Add this to the fact that my orthopedist implored me to give up walking for exercise until I have a knee replacement and I just grew sedentary. That story ended over a month ago and I am having a difficult time getting back on track. I haven't had a knee replacement yet but I can once again swim, cycle, and do yoga and lift weights.

I am always worth my best. My best is good enough for anyone.
