Not this morning, I like to exercise in the evening after work. I will be doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike, 30 minutes on the treadmill and handweights. I have a gym set up at home.

I do exercise regularly for keep fitness of the body and health.In my point
of view exercise is very important for health...Swimming and running are
the best exercise which are use to reduce weight...!

Hello all.
Sundays are my rest days, however, I am in a group on FB that started a squat challenge. So today was 90 squats and I did those, plus 12 push ups. I'm not good at push ups so.... lol Tomorrow it's 95 squats.
