I did my 45 min. strength training this AM and did my 30 cardio this PM. I feel great! Now I'm baking Valentine cookies for my 4 yr. old grandson. Can hardly wait to deliver them to him. I will also walk down to get the mail today after baking is done. emoticon

all the PT prescribed exercises (11) for my injured shoulder and I.T. band....12 minutes of restorative yoga..crunches and side bends.....and 8 minutes with the rumble roller...


the "yes" answers don't help others...WHAT did you do....for how long??
