YUM Liver is good. I usually simmer it in a frying pan with a little water. After it is cooked through and tender, I remove the liver and set aside. I fry some sliced onions and make some gravy. I then add the liver back in and simmer until liver is heated through. I serve it with 1/2 cup mashed potato and a salad. So yummy.
