Mini Goals - 1- Work out six days a week at the gym 2- Be in the 170's for vacation April 1st. 3- Stay focused on good eating habits and stay away from processed foods. 4- Stay focused on running. I want to be able to run three miles straight no stopping before my first true race this summer....Date to be announced later.Currently I can run .5 miles no stopping.
