In the context of that report, adding that multiplier gives a more accurate reflection of the number of calories you're actually expending each day.
I’m not sure how to adjust my weigh-in in kg without making it seem that I’ve lost 80lbs. Also, it seems to me my settings are in lbs ... in my ‘current goal’ status, it says I’m set to lose 2 pounds per week, so I’m not sure this is the problem.
I updated my weigh-in info, and suddenly my BMR sky-rocketed to over 3550, and that’s with a lightly active lifestyle. My BMR shouldn’t be more than 1500 according to what I’ve calculated based on my age, height, weight and gender. How do I get it down to where it ought to be?
