You can update your weight goal page and that will make the website update your nutrition goals back to what we recommend. To do that, go the My Trackers tab, select My Weight, then click on the Edit Weight Goal button near the top of that page and that will take you to that weight goal page. On there, you will want to make sure all information is correct. If you need to make changes, go ahead and enter those. Once all information is correct, then click the Save Your Changes button and that will trigger the site to update your nutrition goals.

Hope that helps!

I changed the above values when I tried the keto diet. It did not work for me so I want to reset my values back to the original. I didn't write those down, so how can I find out what the original numbers were? Thank you in advance for your help.
