I thought I followed the directions you share (Denise)... must have cleaned out way too much because I have had oodles of trouble getting chrome/gmail functioning again... but as you can see... I have managed... I think.. time will tell what I still need to tweak to have my cyber world orbiting correctly.

I use Chrome too and am not seeing any of those issues. Please try clearing your cache and cookies and verify that you have cookies enabled for us.

Otherwise, you may want to consider downloading another browser to try (Firefox is another one that works well with the site and is free).

I had to log in twice to get to this screen..
I use chrome... (I have always used chrome..and have no other browser) there have been no changes to my system ... that I know of... everything was working fine yesterday.
Today, I am getting your PREMIUM pop up banner on nearly every page advertising first 2 weeks free... it seems that every time I have these pop up ads... I have some issue with accessing this site.
I am not getting my calendar challenge points... nor my points for exercise videos..
Maybe the system is trying to tell me something.?? probably not..
I have tried shutting down my computer and starting over... (a couple of times) tried turning off my ad blocker.. and turning my ad blocker on...

the stress is too much for me to deal with.. at least for now for today.

We haven't changed anything, so it's likely something within your browser causing all of that. Have you tried a different browser to see if you get the same issues? What browser and version of browser are you using?

Typically, if you are asked to log in multiple times, that is a cookies or possibly even a cache issue. This page has info on how to clear cache and cookies: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.

I'd start with those things and if that doesn't clear the issue for you, please try a different browser to see if you get the same issues.

I have not noticed any of that and I use Firefox v67.0.
I know the tech people will ask what browser you are using... and if it is current.

Have you made a new release??
I am having to log in every time I change screens !!
and sometimes the start page has a new banner where "My Trackers" was is now occupied by "Nutrition Tracker" ...
I would not let me comment on a blog... every time I tried it required logging in AGAIN... then sent back around Robin Hood's barn and by the time I got back to the blog... I needed to log in multiple times again.
Some how I did manage to get here to leave this message...
Please send a SPARK MAIL to me when this problem has been resolved... as I have no idea if I will ever be able to get to any messages on this site.
for some reason this is super stressing me out.. one would think that accessing this site was a matter of life or death.
