Well, I guess that would be a matter of personal opinion and some who are trying to build a local support network might beg to differ. Giving suggestions to improve the technical user interface should not be a divisive issue.

Honestly there are way bigger real technical issues and fixes that the tech team should be working on rather than thinking about this. It's just not that important.

It would seem doable to set some parameters electronically, e.g. a member who hasn’t opened a team’s window for one year would receive a message that they will be converted to inactive or deleted within 30 days. It actually might have a side benefit of putting a gentle reminder out to them that SP is still there for them. The measures don’t need to be draconian, but as with anything, if a periodic cleaning/tuning is not made, the tool becomes less efficient and possibly worthless.

I agree, Denise!
I would hate to be booted off my teams simply becasue I take some time off.
That also opens the door for leaders to be able to delete anyone they choose....

Thanks for the feedback, I have passed it along. However, I'm not sure that will change as we know members do come back, even if they take some time off, and they most likely want to still be in the teams they were in.

It would be REALLY helpful if you would allow leaders to delete inactive members. On my local team it shows over 3,400 members, yet the only ones which have been active for several years is the leader and myself. This makes it frustrating for us.

Sorry, there isn't a way to do that. Only the members can remove themselves.
