Sorry, I do not have an update yet, but I haven't forgotten about you. The tech team is in the middle of a big project and have this on their list to look at when they have a chance and I will let you know as soon as I hear from them.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

It's still not showing as connected. Can you take a screenshot of the screen showing all those toggles as being on in the settings screen and send it in a regular email to me at denise@sparkpeople.com?

The only other way to connect it when it's not a new app installation is to do the following:

Open the SparkPeople app
Tap MySpark in bottom menu
Tap the Settings tab
Tap Connect Devices/Apps
Tap the “Settings” button under “Apple Health”
Follow the on-screen instructions to do the following:
Exit SP Mobile and open the Settings app.
Tap Privacy
Tap Health
Tap SparkPeople
To enable access, toggle any/all switches to ON (green). To disable access, toggle any/all switches to OFF (white).
Re-open SP Mobile and navigate to the Home screen
You should start to see data in the Exercise section of the Log screen within 5 minutes.

Once you do that and it's connected, I should see a link on the back end of things, but I'm not seeing that at this time, so if you will try the above again to see if that will finally connect for you, then let me know once you have and I can look on the back end again to see if it's actually connected.

I still don't see a connection for Apple Health on your account. Are you sure you're signed into the app with the username of hikingsteve?

HI Denise,

I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled and went to the log. It brought up Apple Health. I turned all categories On and clicked "Allow". It still doesn't show on the log my steps taken. It continues to show 0/6,000. You mention not seeing me connected. How do I get connected?

I don't see that you are connected at this point. Did you disconnect it? Please try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it, then go to the log screen of the app and try following the prompt that way.

I've followed the instructions to get the SP app to use my iPhone to track my steps but it still isn't showing any steps taken yet. I've done this several days ago. What I did was:
Settings-Privacy-Health-SparkPeople
I set all options to Allow SparkPeople to Read Data

I also closed the app before I did that then reopened it after. What have I missed?
