The easiest way to do that (and what I recommend) is to update your weight goal page and make sure that is all up to date/correct and re-save the page. That will then adjust your goals accordingly. You can go to your weight tracking page (go to the My Trackers tab, select My Weight), then click on the edit weight goal button near the top of the page and update any info on there that needs it and click save. Clicking save is what will trigger the site to update your nutrition goals as necessary (they may or may not change).

One of my challenges suggested I review my calorie range and it may need adjustment. Can you guide me to where I need to go to do that in Spark. Thank you.
