Goal 1# wkly
1. Track all of my food to stay under 1550 calories
2. Minimum 10 min daily fitness & 90 min weekly
3. Positive self-talk daily
4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. Develop a plan for eating out at restaurants.
7. Plan & follow menu

I saw that you also sent this into our support email and that they got that fixed for you (was a signature problem, which was causing everything to shift to the far right). You should be all set now.

Hi. 4 peas in a pod thread is giving us problems. As of yesterday the posting disappeared. At first I thought it was my computer but everyone else is having problems. However it allows us to post on it. After Anne posted yesterday it disappeared again. If you scroll down to 3/25 you can see part of our post. Can you fix the thread because we are keeping track of our fitness minutes on it. Or should we start a new thread?
