You would just click in the box next to the task when completed and it will put a check mark in the box marking it complete and give you SparkPoints for it. However, the tasks that are defaulted by SparkPeople for things like spinning the wheel, tracking food, fitness, etc. are automatically checked off as being complete once you do those actions.

I have figured out how to add tasks to my day planner (plan your day...), but I can't figure out how to check them as complete to get my sparkpoints for doing them. I know I can just remove them when complete, but then I don't get the points for each task completed. Help?
