Our system shows that you logged in yesterday so I am not sure why your streak was broken. I fixed that for you. Congrats on your 828 day streak!

I am not sure what you mean when you say you cannot access the original GRAMPIAN account. That is the account you are logged in with here when you created this post. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Yesterday, being away from home, I made several unsuccessful attempts to log in on my smartphone. This has worked in the past but not yesterday. In desperation (didn't want to break my login streak of over 800 days) I created a new grampian 2 account, then managed to log in successfully on my son's tablet on the old account. Today, although I'm back home, I can't access the original Grampian account, and my 800+ login days have vanished! I don't mind losing yesterday's points, but I do want to keep my login streak: can you help, please?
