Thanks, I figured that it was about that. I tried changing my profile to a young male and then to a female in pregnancy but the value stays the same.

My multivitamin is 18mg, which is 100% of the % daily value.
It tracks at 100%, and I entered the vitamin manually.

What mg value is 100% in the nutrition tracking? I was hoping it would change the value according to the members age but it doesn't. My RDA for iron is 8 mg and I should do that easily but I am nowhere near 100% on the tracker. I don't think I could hit 100% if I ate a horseshoe.
