What mg value is 100% in the nutrition tracking? I was hoping it would change the value according to the members age but it doesn't. My RDA for iron is 8 mg and I should do that easily but I am nowhere near 100% on the tracker. I don't think I could hit 100% if I ate a horseshoe.
