Thanks! I saw it and am happy I can add my steps manually.

Short term goals:

1. Get my weight to 195 pounds.

2. Walk 250 steps more than the previous day until I'm built up to 10K.

3. Record all food eaten each day.

I went ahead and disconnected your Apple Health account for you since you haven't been using that. Now that that connection was removed, I see that you have already added the steps tracker, so you can now just go to your Fitness Tracker page and you should see the step tracker near the top of the page where you can enter your steps there and then save them.

How do I record my steps from my non-internet connected, non-app old fashioned pedometer?

I have my goal set to track steps. It says there should be a place to record them but all I have at the top of my fitness tracker page is a box that says Apple Health and a button to push for info which takes me to Apple.

I went on my iphone in privacy and looked at health--I don't have a Sparkpeople app downloaded nor does it say there is permission to share with Sparkpeople. I took a screenshot of what I have but I don't think you can attach those here (if you can, I don't know how).

Any help for this problem?
