Hello again,

There is not a way to restart the program like you are wanting to do. As mentioned, you can go to any Daily Lesson and click the link at the bottom to "See all program days". Note that you have to click the "I read today's article" button before that link will display.

Thanks for asking! Sorry the answer isn't what you were hoping to see.

Hi,

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. You can view all 28 days of the program lessons by clicking the link for that at the bottom of each lesson page. I am not sure if you can restart the program so that it cycles through the lessons again for you (I think that is what you are asking). I've sent that question to the person who will know. I will get back with you here as soon as they reply.

Hello, good afternoon,
I have reset my goals numerous times in the last 12 hours. And nothing is working. I just want to restart from day 1 with reading the program.

Thank you

Hello!

It depends on exactly what all you want to restart. If you've been away a while, you can always just dive right back in where you left off.

You can update your food, fitness or weight goals through the following steps. When you save your Weight Goal through this process, the system will recalculate your daily calorie and nutrition ranges if needed.

- Click on "Start" in the top left corner of the screen.
- You'll now see your Start page.
- Roll your mouse over the "Edit Goals & Preferences" link in the upper left corner of the page.
- Click on the item in the drop-down menu that you want to update, and make your changes on the window that opens .

Another option, if you want to start with a clean slate, is to follow the steps in this FAQ to completely reset your goals. NOTE: Using this process not only clears all your current goals, it also deletes all your previously tracked data (including food, fitness, weight, measurements).

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have additional questions about this. Welcome back!
