Actually it must have been a Sparkpeople problem because it is working now because the only thing I did was clear my cashe but I do that weekly already. Thanks

Hi,

We are not aware of anything we changed that would have caused that.

I've been researching the issue on Microsoft's help site. I haven't actually found a solution yet; but, I have found several others having a similar problem with some emails. You might check out the thread linked below to see if it might help. If I find anything else, I will let you know. In the meantime, I hope you can find a way to view the Team Digests outside of Outlook.

I do use outlook. I am not sure how to do that, but I will ask someone. Did Sparkpeople do something to change?

Hi - Do you happen to be using Outlook for your email? We recently found that some versions of Outlook have an issue with receiving HTML emails. So if you use Outlook, that could be the problem. Is it possible for you to try to view the digests with a different email program to see if they display for you then?

I did try some of those, clearing cashe and cookies, but I have not changed anything on my computer.

With a blank email, I am not sure how using another browser will help, I do not know how to get the email into another browser.

I forwarded a copy of the email.

I forgot to mention that the blank pages for the digest are in my email, so I cannot even open the digests and get to any of the articles, recipes, etc.

Hi Lorie,

It may be something in your email or browser causing that. A few things that have helped others that have had that happen in the past are:

- Make sure your browser version is up-to-date.
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser. Google Chrome and Firefox usually work well with SparkPeople.
- Check for an email setting that may be blocking the pictures or something.
- If you use an ad blocker, disable that.
- Disable all extensions/add-ons in your browser and see if the emails display correctly then. If they do, then you can enable those extensions one-by-one to try to identify which causes the issue.

I hope one of the above helps! After you try all that, if the issue continues, let me know what browsers (and versions) you tried and what email provider you use.

My Team Digests came through blank and they never load, anybody else have this problem?
