I checked your account and you no longer have Garmin connected, so you are set there.

To connect Apple Health to your SparkPeople account:

Open SP Mobile app
Tap MySpark in bottom menu
Tap the Settings tab
Tap Connect Devices/Apps
Tap the “Settings” button under “Apple Health”
Follow the on-screen instructions to do the following:
Exit SP Mobile and open the Settings app.
Tap Privacy
Tap Health
Tap SparkPeople
To enable access, toggle any/all switches to ON (green). To disable access, toggle any/all switches to OFF (white).
Re-open SP Mobile and navigate to the Home screen
You should start to see data in the Exercise section of the Log screen within 5 minutes.

I have tried to disconnect Garmin a couple of times but it is still showing up in the app. Would like it to go away and my Apple Watch replace it. Got the food log and exercise log on my watch but it doesn’t seem to be on my I phone.
