Yeah, interestingly, I hadn't had any like that until shortly after I posted here and then I had one, but all others have been ok today, so hopefully the team can replicate it and figure out what's happening there.

Thanks, Denise. Usually there's a link at the top of the window that allows you to click to view the email in a web browser, but that link doesn't appear in the blank messages. I'm glad to hear you were able to replicate the situation. I know that the biggest challenge with bug reports is being able to duplicate a problem. (I was in software development for many years.)

Thanks for the note! I have the same version of Outlook and all those emails show properly in Outlook for me, so there may have been something specific that happened on your computer in Outlook. Do you see anything in those emails that you can click on to get them to show the email?


Edited: I just got one like you described and have sent a note to our tech team to look into and I'll let you know what I find out.

Hello,

I use Outlook 2016 on my Windows 10 machine for my Gmail account and am having a problem with certain SP emails. I suspect that it is the "New post" message because other emails (Comment on a post, reply to post) come through just fine. This is what the message looks like in Outlook:


If I go to the Gmail web application, the message appears just fine:


This problem started on Thursday, October 25. The email on Wednesday, October 24, looks just fine in Outlook.
