Sorry, but the SparkPeople meal plans will only follow SparkPeople recommended nutrition goals. If you have manually changed your nutrition goals, you will need to turn off the meal plans and use the "Add a Food" button to track your own foods so you can be on track with your goals.

I have been using Sparkpeople for some time now (years on and off). I LOVE the way the site it set up and the ease of searching and the amount of foods in the database, however, and, this is a HUGE issue... I set up my goals based on my personal needs. SP gives me suggested meals and completely ignores my goals!!! Am I doing something wrong? I have had bariatric surgery and my goals will be much lower than other people's. Any advice on how to get SP to actually follow MY goals when making up meal plans? Thanks.
