Hi! Sorry you are having trouble with that. When you say you closed an account and reopened one. Are you talking about your Fitbit account or your SparkPeople account? If it was your Fitbit account, you will need to go into your SparkPeople account and disconnect your old Fitbit account and then connect your new one. If you mean you opened a new SparkPeople account, did you go through the process to connect that account to Fitbit? Did you try going to your Fitness tracker page and using the sync button to trigger a manual sync? Let me know about all this and I'll try to be up further help if needed.
