Hi,

I see your Fitbit synced to your account for Sunday. Does everything seem to be working okay now? I hope so; but, let me know if you are still having any issue with it. One thing I will mention is that your Fitbit device must sync to the Fitbit app/site before it can sync to SparkPeople; we do not receive data directly from devices. So, if you have trouble with it syncing to us in the future, please check to be sure you see your data in the Fitbit app or website.

Even after several sync requests my device isn’t syncing. My apps are up to date - I only have one Fitbit device if that helps
