I have an additional idea to suggest with the new sparkcoach start page. I just switched over to the new start page today. Anyhow, one of the goals that I added had to do with number of servings of produce. I was able to add that, but would really like to be able to keep track of individual servings like we are able to with water. On our start page a long time ago we were able to tick off number of servings of veggies and fruit amongst other things. It was a wonderful feature and really helped me to focus more on produce. It's just a thought, but I bet that there would be other people that would benefit from this type of feature!

Hello! I made a few changes to my SparkCoach tasks last night and it made me think of new suggestions for the SparkCoach feature.

I understand SP staff has other priorities right now but maybe you would consider this for the future.

1.) I modified my SparkCoach by adding a brief reminder of my reasons for wanting to lose weight right there in my task list. I simply added it as a new daily task and placed it above my other tasks because I think it helps to keep that in front of me for motivation.

Maybe you could add a field above the tasks just for posting a few sentences of one's reason for wanting to lose weight - that way, it's right there when they log in and can help motivate to stay on track. Or if you wanted to keep it general and not specifically fitness-focused, it could just be 'My Motivation".

2.) I have noticed that when I go in to edit my tasks in SparkCoach, it allows me to go in and edit the text I have typed BUT NOT the occurrence such as one-time or daily S-M-T-W-T-F-S. I realized this week a few times that I wanted to change the recurrence or not of some tasks, and I had to re-do the whole task.

So it would be great if we could have the ability to edit the entire task and the choice of one time or recurring on specific days, not just the text alone. This would also help in cases where - like happened to me this week - I could not remember which duration I chose for a task and could not determine it when I edited the task, so to be safe, I re-did the whole thing again.

Thanks for listening!
Karen
