In case anyone is interested....

Another option that I've started using that is more practical because it's mobile and cheap because it's paperless and ink free is to do a screenshot of my menu on my phone. Just press two buttons on your phone simultaneously - volume down and power.

I have great news that I'll share in case the tech team or anyone else wants to know for a fix to this situation of not printing the pie charts. Instead of printing the daily menu, go to the bottom of your screen and you will see something that says "save data to file." Click on that, and you can save the document. Then all you need to do is open the document you saved, and add borders and the formula to add up the columns so that you have your daily totals of nutrients. Here is a snapshot of the final results, which is all you need. It uses virtually no ink. Paper yes, but virtually no ink. Thanks everyone for your help!

oh I know its not ads emoticon

but you can select ANY image and block it with an advanced adblocker.

I block certain things to streamline my points page for example, the link to SparkAmerica for example, I dont need the flag constantly there, so block it!

So you could block the piecharts so they dont print perhaps? Not tried printing, so no idea if it works, but was a suggestion.

Denise, thank you. Perhaps they could insert a page break? It may not seem like a lot of ink, but it will really add up quickly printing it out every day. It is incredibly helpful in keeping me off the site. Again thank you for explaining that.

Pookie, there are no ads. Here is a picture of the printout to show you what I mean. So it is the nutritional pie charts and the thick black line underneath the charts that takes up a lot of ink. That's very kind of you to offer a solution. Thank you.

do you have a customised ad-blocker? you could select the images and block them, easily turn back on if you wanted, then they wouldn't print.

Thanks a bunch, Denise! It worked for me, and I now have my menu for today printed on my fridge, so I have no reason to log in during the day now. The only things extra on there that are still taking up a lot of ink are the nutritional pie charts. Is it possible for the tech team to make it so these can be eliminated? Please?

You can print your tracked meals ahead of time by going to your Nutrition Tracker, click on the Today's Full Report button below your tracker, then select the dates you want to show, click update and print.

I'm addicted to SparkPeople!!! I'm spending way too much time and energy here. I've managed to cut back a lot and starting this week I'm trying to create time slots to allow myself to go on SparkPeople. I'm having a really hard time adhering to that though, because I have an addictive personality. In the end, I think I'm spending more time and energy on SparkPeople than the problem I had with food! LOL! Anyway enough of my sob story!

So that's the problem, and now for my question...

One of my biggest problems in reducing my time is that I need to login to make my meals. I do my meal planning in the morning, so if I can figure out a way to print my meals for the day, I don't have to login during the day for that purpose. So my question is, is there any way I can print my meals for the day without doing page print? Page print takes a ton of ink printing off loads of stuff I don't need, so that's not an option.
