I don't know what your range was, but you can update your weight goal page so the system will give you the correct range. To do that, go to your start page, click on the blue Edit Goals button, select weight, then make sure all info on that page is correct and click on the save button. Clicking on the save button will make the site update your calorie range to what it should be.

If you don't want your calorie range to adjust based on your exercise tracked, you can change that setting by going to your account/email preferences page and in the section for How My Daily Calorie Range is Determined, click on the button to change your setting and confirm you do want to change that setting. Your calorie range would then be determined by the calories burned goal rather than what you actually track. This page has more info about the differences of the two options:

Today I went to track my food, and I found that the initial range before exercise had gone up a lot. I went in and changed the starting range, but it is not what SP had set to begin with.

I would like to change the range back to what it was before the change. Is it possible to do that? I'd like to know what it was so I can change it back.

Thank you
