You can go to your SparkPoints page and do the various daily tasks. Some people have also done some of the one time tasks on there that have some bigger point values, along with doing some of the Calendar SparkChallenges that give more points. Also, you can track nutrition and fitness items ahead by a week or two, but that part evens out by the end of the month.
