I understand. LOL

It is nice to know you can eat more when you workout more. But, you want to be sure you are not overestimating your fitness or you'll end up eating too much.

Hi,

Yes, your daily calorie range will change based on the amount of fitness you do each day. If you would like to change that so that your amount of fitness does not affect your calorie range, you can change that setting on your Account /Email Preferences page ( www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/preference.asp
#account
).

I hope this helps!

This morning when I logged my breakfast, my nutrition tracker was set to half of what it says now. It says I should be taking in like 3000 calories for the day! Is it because I did a lot of exercising today????
