Please try manually syncing it by doing the following:

On the Log screen, in the Exercise section, there is a bar that shows steps and distance. Tapping this bar will send that day’s Apple Health data to SparkPeople. Note, it will take a few minutes for the data to be processed and visible on the Log screen. Refresh the screen after some time to see the data. (Easy way to refresh is to use the arrows at the top to go to the previous day and then back to current day.)

Hopefully that will pull over the correct data for you. If that doesn't pull that other data over, then please let us know.

Hi - I have an apple IPhone 7 and a Apple Watch 3. The apps are all updated. I am able to get Apple health to upload data to sparkpeople, but the info is incorrect. Not enough steps or distance. Also the minutes are wrong. I have tried to remove and install again, but there is still a discrepancy.

What should I do?

Thank you for your help.
