Thanks Coach Denise. Just an FYI, it's still not syncing here but is syncing to Garmin's site and to myfitnesspal.com

My Garmin hasn't updated since a sync yesterday at 11:30 a.m. Heard on Garmin team that others have had the same issue. What's up?

It looks like it is something on Misfit's side of things again and all we can do is wait for them to fix whatever it is. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but we can only post what they send us and if they aren't sending us that data, we can't post anything until they do. Hopefully they get this fixed soon!

Mine is also down again.It syncs to my phone but has not synced to SparkPeople since Friday at 6pm. I contacted Misfit yesterday and got an email back today from one of their techs. I sent them the info he wanted but have not heard back yet.

Seems like what ever it is that happens when it stops syncing has happened again. The past 3 days--nothing from the tracking software is pushing through to SP. It is odd.

Mine did the same thing. It logged Fri-Sat, but not Sun. or today. Maybe Misfit is still having issues? Thanks for helping us out and contacting them, Denise!

i put mine on and it synced for Saturday.. not Sunday and not today (Monday) just Saturday
i have disconnected again and logged steps and mileage myself

I checked on this again and our tech team says that there is likely a back log on Misfit’s side with the sending of data to us. Our Misfit integration is based on them sending us the data. We do not have an implementation of us requesting from Misfit. So if Misfit doesn’t resend the missed data when they were down, there is nothing we can do on our end. If that happens, then you can just track your steps manually for those days (by entering your steps on the Other Goals page), but those days won’t be in your Misfit charts. Hopefully Misfit does actually send that data though!

We heard back from Misfit's support team and they said they encountered a production outage recently. They believe it is fixed, so you should see your data start to come through now.

A quick update on the Misfit issue:

I just received an email from one of our tech guys and they said that Misfit isn’t sending us any data, but there is no indication on their site that there is an issue.
Our team has now sent 2 emails to Misfit's support team but have not heard back from them yet. I'll let you know more once we hear from them/have more info.

yes, I'm syncing the device to the app and to the website. my device is syncing to the device app and updating. it is not syncing to either SP website or SP app and is not updating.

My Misfit is also not syncing. The last time it synced with SparkPeople was 7/12 at 5:15. It syncs with the app on my phone but the info is not transferring to your site. I have refreshed it several times on your site but it is not syncing.

my misfit has also stopped syncing with spark!
10:15 pm yesterday (12/7) was the last time it synced (uk time)

i have also lost all my data now because i tried to reconnect it emoticon
the misfit is syncing fine with my phone i have 17 110 steps today last synced today (13/7) 11:15 pm (uk time)

I'm not seeing any issues on our end, but it does show that it last synced yesterday evening. Have you synced your device to Misfit's site or app? If so, does your data show up there? If not, you will need to do that so Misfit can send us your data.

Suddenly, my misfit stopped synchronizing with SP. I visited the SP page to resynch and it appears all of that process worked--but SP is not updating. It still shows 0 steps for today and it didn't update the rest of yesterdays steps.

Can someone help me fix this? I recently (yesterday afternoon) clicked the SP settings box to allow my user name to appear on the leaderboards. As soon as my name appeared, it stopped synchronizing. I'm thinking that's not something I can solve on my own without tech support, especially since I resynched and it did not resolve itself.
