All right thank you, I will put in the little white box my actual fitness minutes from my daily total shown on the Fitness Tracker page.

As for walking, I had to search on a directions map online to know how far it is from town to where I work and its 330 feet. it takes me 15 minutes to walk that distance and I do five hours walking for the day in total. 5 lots of 60; timesing 60 5 times. 60x60x60x60x60= 300. So yeah its daily activity walking :) I use the time on work days to do walking to try to push myself to my limits to see if I can beat my previous timing for getting from place to place.

You either enter your number of daily fitness minutes into that white box on the FitnessFeats challenge page OR you enter your fitness minutes on your Fitness Tracker page. If you are doing both, it will double count those minutes.

I do see that you have logged a lot of hours of fitness, especially walking. Are you counting your daily activity walking or just actual walking for exercise where you are doing it for cardio? Generally, I would only advise tracking actual exercise for fitness minutes/calories burned, but track your steps for your daily walking activity.

How do I get the number for putting for the fitness minutes on FitnessFeats Daily Challenge? I cannot remember how to do it. There is a little white box where you have to put in a number on that challenge but I do not remember what to do.

please can someone help me out here? Someone on there got me confused after she asked me ''why 11 hours of working out?'' she got the wrong end of the stick about the situation and now it has left me feeling like im doing something wrong...

I put in the daily total that pops up at the bottom of the My Fitness tracker on FitnessFeats... I do not know if this is right or not.
